Eating a healthy diet lowers the risk of developing dementia later, according to a new study. The researchers looked at the eating habits and health of the participants for 14 years and found that those who had a diet rich in vegetables, berries, nuts and fish had a 90ù reduced risk of developing dementia! Even those with a family history of Alzheimer’s were able to delay the onset of the disease with a healthy diet.
